These terms apply to Cascade ("the app"), provided by Turmeriq Labs LLP, India ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.

The app

Cascade is a word puzzle game. It is free to play, with no purchases, and is supported by occasional ads between puzzles. We may add, change or remove puzzles and features over time.

Who can use Cascade

You must be 18 or older to use Cascade.

Your progress

Your progress, points and settings are stored only on your phone. If you uninstall the app, clear its data or change phones, they may be lost, and we can't restore them.

Our content

The puzzles, design and software of Cascade belong to Turmeriq Labs LLP. You may play them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, republish or sell the puzzles, or reverse-engineer the app.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Cascade running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update the app and these terms; we'll tell you about significant changes in the app.

Liability

The app is provided free and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [CITY] have jurisdiction.
